We are looking for a passionate travel lover to join our team as a Cruise Coordinator. If you enjoy learning about new destinations, planning detailed itineraries, and helping others craft their dream vacations, this could be the perfect remote opportunity for you!
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will work closely with corporate and leisure travelers to curate customized cruise and land experiences tailored to their individual interests, budgets, and travel styles. Responsibilities include:
Conducting in-depth consultations to understand each client's unique travel vision
Researching and proposing creative itinerary options across a variety of worldwide destinations
Booking all trip components including flights, hotels, tours, transfers, and more
Overseeing trip execution to ensure flawless experiences from start to finish
Building relationships with cruise lines, tour operators, and vendors to access insider information
Staying up-to-date on travel trends, promotions, and health/safety protocols
Managing budgets and negotiations to deliver exceptional value
Proactively communicating with clients to provide guidance and support as needed
Resolving any issues that may arise before or during travel
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, top-notch organizational abilities, and a passion for travel planning. Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus but not required for the right applicant. This is a remote position that can be done part-time or full-time from anywhere with reliable internet access.
