We are looking to hire a full-time Case Manager and Client Support Specialist within our EPIC Client Services department at Intealth. The EPIC Case Manager & Client Support Specialist serves as a liaison between ECFMG® and assigned Clients utilizing ECFMG's primary source verification services (EPIC Services).

WORK SCHEDULE for Case Manager and Client Support SpecialistThis full-time position typically works 7-hour workdays, Monday - Friday, with a flexible virtual work arrangement.
SALARY for Case Manager and Client Support Specialist (Starting at $65,000)Any offered salary is determined based on competency and skills, prior relevant experience, required degrees/certifications, internal equity within the organization and market competition.

As a Case Manager and Client Support Specialist, you'll be the guiding light that connects clients, applicants, and the intricate web of ECFMG Primary Source Verification processes. Majority of your time will be spent as the clients' unwavering advocate. You're the empathetic listener who understands their unique needs and inquiries, handling their cases with care and precision. As challenges arise, you're the cool-headed pro who steps in, turning escalations into resolutions and transforming problems into opportunities.
Collaboration is your strength. Working closely with internal teams and leaders, you'll orchestrate the support clients require. Your insight will be invaluable, providing crucial feedback to enhance our services. And those monthly calls? They're your stage. You'll shine as you update clients, address concerns, and reinforce the strong bond between ECFMG and our clients.
