Good for families. We brought our 7 and 4 year old kids and there were other kids and plenty of space to play without disturbing others. A beautiful stretch of beach with crystal clear, calm waters. The lunch was great, but pricey.

I am really surprised by the service. It was so nice and friendly, nothing fancy at all (in a good way!). We really liked our entrée (watermelon, feta) and octopus and sea bass as a dish. We will certainly come again. The atmosphere is Mediterranean and relaxing…

Absolutely LOVED the food here. Stunning food, tasted amazing. The tuna starter deserves a special shout out. Sat by the beach, great drinks selection and food was great. Definitely recommend when in the area. It's a bit on the pricey end but you get what you pay for. Will revisit when visiting Cannes again

Merci ☺️(Translated by Google)A very warm place, all the servers are smiling and helpful. We didn't lack anything. They take great care. The meal is delicious, the seasoning of the meat and the accompaniments are very good. The DJ knew how to put on tasteful music. We were there one afternoon: the fans and misters were there! Thank you ☺️

The family and I spent the afternoon here today, spending ~€800 on sunbeds, drinks and lunch. The food was extremely good and service from the friendly team was top notch, with a nice chill atmosphere. I would have been happy to strongly recommend the place, but I was disappointed to hear that my kids, who were passing by tonight while out for a walk, and found themselves caught short (needing the WC desperately!), were turned away despite identifying themselves as having been guests today. The gentleman concerned, who was much more gracious and pleasant when I was spending lots of money, has spoiled my view of the place.

Wonderful beach club located in the center of La Croisette in Cannes. The staff was very friendly, and the sun beds were comfortable with well positioned umbrellas. The onsite restaurant is superb, and the drinks were fantastic. (Try the "Vega Smash" cocktail.) On the days we visited, in the summer, there was also a live DJ, onsite. So, the vibe was perfect for a day at the beach on the French Riviera! It's a pricey joint, but you are in Cannes...

Il n'y avait pas le moindre problème de sécurité, il a passé une partie de son temps à pourrir l'événement auprès des spectateurs.(Translated by Google)During the Cannes Pyrotechnics festival, the spectators are located slightly behind, above the roof of the restaurant with access prohibited to climb on it (normal, this is not made for). By just resting my feet there (there is no other choice while sitting), I see a green laser destroying this moment of pleasure without knowing what is happening. Other spectators point out to me that it's the person at the entrance to the restaurant who does this... What is this method?! It is access to the roof which is prohibited which is not made to be on it but not to just put one's feet on it is abuse. There was not the slightest security problem, he spent part of his time trashing the event to the spectators.

Nice place ! The food was great specially the meat, very tasty. The sea view is great as well as the live music. Prices are reasonable compared to other restaurants on the area.

This place is so good we came back 3 times! The staff are really friendly and attentive, food is amazing and cooked to perfection. Frank really looked after us also helping us book some beds during the day at the last minute. This place is a must visit, given we have kids they also do a reasonably priced menu for children which we appreciated compared to others that don't offer this. The beach is great for kids too as they have toys and slides.Highly recommended if you're in Cannes!

Loved this place! The ambiance, the sun, the jazz musicians for Sunday lunch and of course, the every so charming patron, Vegaluna lives up to its description of “sophisticated yet laid back” and very family friendly. The menu is everything a poisson lover dreamed of, I’m a fish tartare kind of gal and really enjoyed my tuna tartare and even more so the tartare de dorade, surprising spices and sweetness with the mango, miam miam…I would absolutely recommend, merci pour l’expérience Vegaluna ❤️Attention Moms : they have little kiddo toilets in the family bathrooms, so cute and I’m sure very practical

I am not in the habit of leaving comments, whether good or bad, but in view of the service provided by this restaurant, I must alert possible other customers. In fact, we went for lunch yesterday at noon in this restaurant (where we used to go once a year during our visit to Cannes). We haven't been back since the change of ownership. We were extremely disappointed. We came for a family lunch and it ended with the owner of the establishment kicking us out because we had expressed our dissatisfaction with their services. Some explanations :The menus are expensive but on the Croisette nothing unusual but for what we eat it is inconceivable. A plate of fish to share for 4 (but barely enough to eat for 2) for €49 with a few small pieces of fish covered in sauce, frozen fries, a Thai-style salad for €29 with 6 small dried prawns, grated carrots and cooked salad. At this price we expect to leave with a full stomach or at least delighted taste buds. There we ended up asking for bread to satisfy our hunger...frozen and dry bread! We didn't have dessert given the prices and poor quality of the savory dishes. And the icing on the cake: we ask for a carafe of water, response (from 2 different servers): "here we do not serve water in a carafe but only in a bottle". For information, the bottle of Evian is sold for €9 per liter but we were served 0.75 l bottles and not fresh, meaning €18 for water!! This is unacceptable and totally prohibited. So an addition of 170€ for 4 without aperitif or dessert...To finish, we used to go swimming at the end of our meal and then the boss came to tell us that it was forbidden and that we had to reserve a deckchair (€60 per deckchair)!! We think we are dreaming, especially since it is not indicated at the entrance to the restaurant (or we did not see it). To conclude, a very poor service, a wasted family meal, a boss who cannot stand criticism and no questioning, good luck to the staff and watch out for any future customers.

Best of all the beach clubs we have tried along the Croisette - really relaxed, friendly staff, beds not close together or crammed in, fast service and good quality food.

We enjoyed the most memorable evenings at Vega Luna. Service was super friendly, helpful and relaxed. Welcoming for families with kids, which we really appreciated! The food was excellent and the ambience very charming. The prices are absolutely reasonable. In case you happen to be in Cannes for the 'Festival d'Art Pyrothechnique' we highly recommend you reservate a loung bed at the beach, it's perfectly located for the spectacle and it's worth every cent!

It is a nice restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. The food selection is very similar to the other beach restaurants around offering a range of meat, pasta and fish. Their service is organised and professional. I'm giving 3 stars because like the other beach restaurants, the prices are way over the top for what is served. Overall, if you don'ind the prices and want to explore around, you can try this restaurant. They also offer sunbeds starting around 30 euros.

Par conséquent passez votre chemin sauf si vous aimez vous faire ouvrir et que vous vous fichez de ce que l'on vous met dans l'assiette !!!(Translated by Google)Extremely disappointed with this restaurant that I have been going to for years...Change of ownership around 1 year ago, lack of little touches that we were used to but the worst is what you are served on the plate! The quality/price ratio is no longer there at all! Very expensive for not much, for example my aunt took a plate of raw fish to share for €49 in which there were 3 poor little pieces of fish which fought a duel without much flavor... the plate is arrived with the juice dripping because the waitress did not hold the board straight so part of the sauce was also spilled! My wife had a Thai-style salad with not-fresh prawns and grated carrots for €30... Even the bread wasn't fresh!!! My daughter takes a tartare supposedly cut with a knife (I doubt it...) charged 25€ with frozen fries or at least not homemade! In addition, this restaurant does not want to serve you a carafe of water, which forces you to consume 0.75cl bottles (not fresh) billed at the price of a 1l bottle, i.e. €9 per bottle and what is more contrary to the law on waste which came into force on January 1, 2022 and which requires restaurants and drinking establishments to serve a carafe of drinking water free of charge at the customer's request provided that the latter consumes something else. And finally with a bill of 170€, you are forbidden to go and cool off in the Mediterranean (restaurant on the sand by the sea and I should point out that it was stiflingly hot) without going to the deckchair box for 60€ !!!The previous management did not act like that, I informed the manager who immediately requested the bill and invited us to leave the premises since we were not satisfied with the service. It's a strange vision of commerce which is not mine and it was especially the last time we set foot there. There is no shortage of restaurants on the Croisette, you will hardly find worse!!!Let us point out that I do not question the prices charged (we are Cannes!) but like all French customers who do not have the purchasing power of emires and co, we want value for our money and our plate with a minimum of service and attentiveness that we did not find with the change of ownership. Therefore move on unless you like to be opened and you don't care what they put on your plate!!!
