POSITION SUMMARY & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Provides legendary support to stores/vendors and tasks related to the Contract Management function. Responsibilities include:
Vendor Maintenance – work with the procurement team to process credit applications.
Perform administrative contracting duties, onboarding, and management of vendor accounts.
Manage ServiceNow contract request queue and collaborate with internal partners as needed.
Compiling and maintaining records and files and preparing contracts using templates.
Administers overall contract support work for the Director of Contracts & Vendor Relations.
Assists with analytical work, data entry, and customer service working with both internal and external customers.
Communicate verbally and written with stores and vendors.
Actively resolve vendor and contract questions, issues, etc, or escalate as appropriate.
Ensures contracts are consistent with management's goals, policies, and procedures.
Work with the leadership of Contract Management regarding process improvements and implementation
Assists in the negotiation and oversees documentation/workflow for store contracts and programs and purchasing contracts for all company owned and managed restaurants.
Manage routine contract questions and problems.
Monitor and enforce store contract compliance.
Complete goals/special projects related to both contracts and vendors as assigned.
